What types of issues do you help with?

We support individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, burnout, life transitions, challenges in interpersonal relationships, as well as developing care plans to enhance functioning.


How do I know if therapy is right for me?

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or struggling with emotions or relationships, therapy can help build coping skills, self-awareness, and confidence.


How many sessions will I need?

This varies – some people see improvements in just a few sessions, while others benefit from longer-term support. We tailor therapy to your needs.


What therapeutic approaches do you use?

We tailor our approach to each person and their specific needs or goals for coming to therapy. We then draw on a range of therapeutic techniques built on understanding and the development of the therapeutic relationship. The approach is trauma-informed and seeks to understand your internal experience, as well as thinking about you in the context of your interpersonal relationships. Evidence-based frameworks then inform our work together. Therapeutic work includes systemic and psychodynamic approaches, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), narrative therapy.


Can I book online therapy sessions?

Yes, online therapy is available for those who prefer it.

Medicare rebates are accessible through Mental Health Care Plans, and some private health insurers also offer rebates for psychology services.
