Additional information

How can family therapy help us?

Family therapy improves communication, strengthens relationships, and helps resolve conflicts. It provides a safe space to explore concerns and develop strategies for a healthier family dynamic.

Do all family members need to attend every session?

Not necessarily. Depending on the situation, some sessions may involve the whole family, while others may focus on specific members.

What kinds of family issues do you work with?

We support families dealing with conflict, parenting challenges, separation, blended families, grief, stress, and more. We work from the position of understanding each family member’s perspective with the aim to improve the experience of all.

How long are the sessions, and how often do we need to attend?

Sessions typically last 90 minutes, and frequency depends on your family’s needs—some attend weekly, others fortnightly or monthly.

What if my family members don’t want to participate?

It’s common for some family members to be hesitant. Therapy is voluntary, but even small changes from one person can positively impact the whole family.
